Ensuring a smooth project process requires timely and secure payments. Please read this section carefully to understand our payment policy.

Deposit and Balance: To initiate your interior design project, a 50% deposit is required upon placing your order. Please read over the estimate carefully and highlight any mistakes or misunderstandings. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, prior to delivery or installation.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via BACS, cheque, or cash. Please ensure that payments are made in the agreed currency and method.

Importance of On-Time Payments: Timely payments are crucial to maintaining the project schedule and ensuring a seamless process. Failure to provide the required deposit may result in project delays.

Payment Confirmation: Upon receipt of your payment, we will provide you with a confirmation. This confirmation will serve as proof of payment.

Late Payments and Consequences: Any delay in making payments may impact the project timeline and delivery schedule. We reserve the right to postpone deliveries if payments are not received as agreed.

Additional Costs and Disputes: Any additional costs incurred due to late or incomplete payments may be billed to you. Disputes arising from delayed payments may result in administrative fees.

Transparent Communication: If you anticipate any difficulties in making payments as per the agreed schedule, please communicate with us at the earliest opportunity. Open communication allows us to explore possible solutions and alternatives.

Our commitment to transparency extends to the estimated costs of your project. This section provides you with an understanding of how price fluctuations may impact the initial estimate.

Estimate Accuracy: Our estimates are meticulously prepared based on the current market conditions, supplier pricing, and project scope at the time of estimation. We strive to provide accurate and reasonable estimates that reflect the anticipated costs of materials and services.

Possible Price Fluctuations: In certain cases, circumstances beyond our control, such as changes in supplier pricing or fluctuations in currency exchange rates, can lead to adjustments in the costs of goods and services.

Adjustments to Estimates: If our suppliers increase the price of goods after you have accepted the estimate, we reserve the right to invoice you for the additional costs on the final invoice. Likewise, changes in stock availability may necessitate the use of alternative goods, which could influence the final balance.

Transparent Communication: Should price adjustments be necessary due to unforeseen changes in market conditions, we will promptly communicate these changes to you. Open communication ensures that you're aware of any modifications to the initial estimate.

Your Informed Decision: We encourage you to make informed decisions based on the estimated costs provided at the time of your order placement. Be prepared for the possibility of price adjustments, especially if market conditions change significantly.

Understanding the Process: While we strive to maintain estimate accuracy, it's important to recognise that the dynamics of the market can lead to variations in costs.

Your Acceptance: By proceeding with your order and acknowledging these terms, you agree to the possibility of price fluctuations and adjustments based on market changes.
